UMP Muffs




UMP MUFFS
Originally found in a NoNonsense Issue featuring Katie Craig from Bucket list to reality...

One scoop of UMP Cookies and Cream
One half cup of Oatmeal
6 egg whites
Mix well
Spray 4 muffin spots
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes

I'm allowed a half grapefruit a day and a starchy carb every 4 days for my first 3 meals.  I always go for an UMP Muff!

FAT=6g
SATURATED FAT=1g
CHOLESTEROL=5mg
SODIUM=662.9mg
CARBOHYDRATES=31.3g
FIBER=5g
SUGAR=1g
PROTEIN=61.5g

Thank goodness it's carb day!  I'm also having home made sweet potato chips with sea salt!

    What's the word on the amount of protein in one meal that your body can actually use? I have been reading stuff on some weight lifting forums and it seems to vary a lot...
