One scoop of UMP Cookies and Cream
One half cup of Oatmeal
6 egg whites
Spray 4 muffin spots
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes
I'm allowed a half grapefruit a day and a starchy carb every 4 days for my first 3 meals. I always go for an UMP Muff!
Thank goodness it's carb day! I'm also having home made sweet potato chips with sea salt!
