  1. Drink a gallon of water every day.
  2. Eat 200g+ of daily protein.
  3. Keep starchy carbs at 100-150g.
  4. Stay around 50g of healthy fats.
  5. No more alcohol!
  6. Drop my body fat to 10% (I've got my work cut out for me) I need to loose 8.86%!
  7. Restrict my cheat meals, maybe have only two instead of three or only if I burn 1000 exercise calories that day.
  8. Make sure I'm eating ALL my meals especially when I'm off work!
  9. Work on stretching!  I'm not limber at all.
  10. Find my happy.
