- Drink a gallon of water every day.
- Eat 200g+ of daily protein.
- Keep starchy carbs at 100-150g.
- Stay around 50g of healthy fats.
- No more alcohol!
- Drop my body fat to 10% (I've got my work cut out for me) I need to loose 8.86%!
- Restrict my cheat meals, maybe have only two instead of three or only if I burn 1000 exercise calories that day.
- Make sure I'm eating ALL my meals especially when I'm off work!
- Work on stretching! I'm not limber at all.
- Find my happy.
2013 is my year! I WILL compete in Figure for the BUCKEY CLASSIC FITNESS EXPO April 13th and the NPC MIKE FRANCOIS CLASSIC May 11th.
