SUPER Duper Circuit

I took my C4 and Creatine with my Zero Vitamin Water, grabbed my towel, Itouch, marked my spot, 15lb set of dumbbells check, oh and an 18lb kettelbell.

PUSH-UPS FOR 1 MINUTE
1% 4.5mph for 5 minutes

10 BURPEES (yeah I did them willingly)

1% 5.0mph for 5 minutes

20 15lb DUMBBELL SQUATS

1% 5.5mph for 5 minutes

CRUNCHES FOR 1 MINUTE

3% 4.5mph for 5 minutes

20 15lb BICEP CURL/PRESSES: The last 5 I was huffing and grunting...

5% 4.5mph for 5 minutes

30 HYPER EXTENSIONS

8% 4.5mph for 3 minutes: toughest part!

20 15lb KETTLEBELL SWINGS

5% 5.0mph for 5 minutes

BENCH DIPS 1 MINUTE

1% 5.5mph for 5 minutes

RUN 4.5mph TILL AN HOUR OF VIGOROUS ACTIVITY IS COMPLETED!

I torched 602 calories in an hour and was dripping sweat!  I think I made some people feel bad like they should step up their game!

This is kick ass!  I look forward to another round this Thursday!
