THE FOOT HILLS wasn't as challenging as I remembered. I don't plan on changing the incline percentage but I will increase my speed from 4.5mph to 5.0mph this Friday.
Next week I will try my HILL PROGRESSION
1% and run for 10 minutes
2% and run for 2 minutes
1% and run for 2 minutes
3% and run for 2 minutes
1% and run for 2 minutes
4% and run for 2 minutes
1% and run for 2 minutes
5% and run for 2 minutes
1% and run for 2 minutes
6% and run for 2 minutes
1% and run for 2 minutes
7% and run for 2 minutes
1% and run for 2 minutes
8% and run for 2 minutes
1% and run for 4 minutes
I'll start at 5.0mph and see how I do, if I need to drop back to 4.5mph I will.
I can't wait to try my Super Circuit tomorrow!
