I couldn't believe it but I lost 2.4 pounds this week.  I thought for sure I'd gain since my activity level was much lower and my eating not as tight.

Nutter wants me to start taking pictures of myself every 2 weeks.  That will be Veronica's job tomorrow.

I will walk another 5 miles Monday morning and lift with Nutter in the afternoon.  Since I go back to work that evening I doubt I will fit in a 5 mile walk on Tuesday or Wednesday as it takes me 2 hours to complete.  Sleep is important.  I could possibly save time and do it on my treadmill at home though, now there's a thought.
