I think of fitness as a cash N carry world. You pay as you go. Sometimes, you only have to pay a little. Mostly it's a lot. Once in a while, it's all you have.
The body likes easy. People like convenience. Put the two together and they adapt very well. This is a time when you need to push outside your comfort zone!
REMEMBER YOU PAY AS YOU GO...
You can go hard and pay a little
You can get by and pay a lot
You can get lazy and complacent and pay with all you have
For whatever my reasons it seems I've forgotten that all paying truth, but hey I'm back on track and totally focused!
No matter what you do what type of ca$h you're carrying, what level your fitness, finish FABULOUS...
