2013 is my year! I WILL compete in Figure for the BUCKEY CLASSIC FITNESS EXPO April 13th and the NPC MIKE FRANCOIS CLASSIC May 11th.
I changed my mind and decided to share my humiliation.
This is a blog about my weight loss and in order to see where I'm going you need to see where I started.
I can over come this embarrassment through determination and hard work.
