THE DIET BEGINS for 1st figure Competition!

MEAL ONE: 8 egg whites scrambled with a cup of grilled asparagus.

MEAL TWO: 2 scoops of UMP and a tablespoon of natural peanut butter or one serving of nuts.

MEAL THREE: 4oz of Chicken, fish, or lean beef, 2 cups of broccoli or asparagus and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

MEAL FOUR: 2 scoops of UMP and a tablespoon of natural peanut butter or 1 serving of nuts.

MEAL FIVE: 4oz of Chicken, fish, or lean beef, 2 cups of broccoli or asparagus and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

MEAL SIX: 4 whole eggs and 1/2 of a grapefruit.

I drink over a gallon of water per day.

The hardest part for me will be no cheat meals or drinking.  Knowing me I'll probably sneak something.  I have until October 20th and I'm already 17.11% body fat.

One of my super great friends who moved to Oregon is back for a visit this Thursday and we have a girls night planned.  I'm gonna try my hardest and only eat my planned meals but I've been warned that I'll be excommunicated if I don't drink!  Wow!  Peer pressure at my age still exists!
